Got a business assignment to Munich for 1 week from 21-9-07 til 1st of October. Whao.. it's during the famous Oktoberfest! I took this opportunity to jaunt with my hubby separately but to meet each other at Munich International Airport. I took SIA and he took Thai Airways. Do not think that Thai flights are bad in fact their function is exceed than SIA sometimes and the flight ticket is way cheaper than SIA's. The airplane that my hubby took was new with large LCD. They serve plenty of food and better choice of food compared to SIA. Enough of promoting the airways let's go into my itinerary. My flight took off in the evening of Friday. I had my first go across in Changi Singapore. My colleague and I travelled together. We enjoyed the new foot massager by Ogawa. FOC as long as you like. Then at about 11pm the desire jaunt started and headed towards Frankfurt. Sigh couldn't rest well in the flight as the pip attendant kept bugging me with meals and drinks change surface I put on the eye disguise. @$%#... The SIA flight touched down at Frankfurt International Airport (conceive of at left) at about 6:30am Saturday. It was a busy morning for the airport. I could see several (more than 5) planes awaiting their turn to land. The Frankfurt airport looks kind of old dark messy. I couldn't really find the alter Lufthansa answer to get my boarding pass from Frankfurt to Munich. Blindly asked one of the staffs there he managed to provide the boarding gate I should go. I realized that the boarding pass is obtained alter in front of the boarding gate not at a centralized answer like what KLIA has. So. I ended up queueing at a non-EU immigrant counter got my passport schedule stamped smoothly without being questioned and rush towards the boarding gate that I felt like miles away. We were transferred from the airport to the plane by a bus and then we boarded on Lufthansa 737. The mat salleh stared at us like aliens. =... Whatever. I was so tired that I quickly went into my dreamland before the pip took off... (1) Lufthansa logo (2) Spotted a new S-class after got drink from bus transfer at left (3) People queueing to register the flight (4) All mat salleh in the flight except me and my colleagueWe safely touched down at Munich International Airport at 10am phew. Met my hubby after collected my luggage. I found that the Germans smoke fiercely nonstop. The Munich airport isn't a non-smoking displace to my surprise. Felt a bit beh tong to the cigarettes smokes.. entangle that the air was so heavily polluted.. argghhh....
